Land Navigation Exercise around U.P. Campus using what we learned about grid coordinates, azimuth, back azimuth, use of the protractor... Ala "Amazing Race", we couldn't ride a jeep, car, bike, truck, van, etc. xD

Quezon City Day! And some of male ROTC cadets together with Sirs Roxas and Lumacad had a basketball match vs NEU. There were some female cadets to cheer them and take pictures and videos. Who won? And what was the score? Secret...

It's ACLE Day. The Alternative Classroom Learning Experience sponsored by the DMST was "Self-Defense" in the Vanguard Museum at 1300H. The ROTC was also part of another ACLE: the XXX: eXtreme eXperience to the Xth Level, hosted by the TMS Society.

August 22: The Trip to Tanay, Rizal. Sadly only 10 cadets were able to attend. Educational tour, obstacle course...

The highlight of the day: getting down in the muck! Yes, down and dirty, we did some crawling on the ground. We were taught the different types of crawls and about cover and camouflage. Then we applied it. No pictures though, .

Proudly wearing our Tropical Fatigue Uniforms for the first time, batch Liyab had our first rappelling session. Then Lt. Col. Edric Padilla delivered a lecture on Threats to National Security.

The culminating activity of Mil Sci 1. From 1300H on Sept 19 to around 0800H on Sept 20. Yup, overnight.
Graded Test, Adventure Course where we applied everything we learned, Boodle Fight, Smoker's Night, Evasion Tactics. Woah.
